Our company is searching for a DESIGN ENGINEER  to work on a new project in the automotive industry.

What to do:

• Design of plastic parts for the exterior and interior of a car;
• Design of car body parts, stamping parts;
• Layout work;
• Development of HCPP, FMEA designs.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (automotive, mechanical engineering);
• Experience in the automotive industry, production and design of auto components;
• Knowledge of vehicle design;
• Experience in CATIA V5 (3D surface modeling, assemblies, analysis, 2D drawings).

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring achievement of target results to project milestones in accordance with the typology of the project and associated work;
• preparing a synthesis of achieved results for the milestone according to the EQM (Engagement Quality Metier) checklist, agreeing on an action plan;
• development of 3D architectural zones, layouts, work areas, technical solutions (CATIA V5, rules of Architecture);
• working out replacements of vehicle components, issuing opinions and technical proposals;
• development, coordination of interface maps, status synthesis (CATIA V5, Architecture rules);
• defining a list and developing dimensional chains related to the drawing of gaps and differences, and for architectural gaps, developing proposals for achieving target parameters;
• development and approval of a book of standard sections;
• development and approval of requests for deviations from the rules of the Architecture;
• coordination of approval for the start of manufacturing of equipment and products;
• development and approval of a drawing of gaps and differences, a drawing of vehicle control points;
• development and approval of maps of control parameters of products;
• validation of specifications and 3D control fixtures of products
• interaction with specialists from related departments (body, components, assembly, measurement control, quality, style, etc.) to agree on target parameters and vehicle design;
• working out requests regarding the perimeter of the Architecture;
• coordination of vehicle control devices.

Requirements:

• higher technical education.
• 2 years of experience as a design engineer in the field of architecture.
• 2 years of experience as a design engineer in the field of ARCHITECT OF CMO AND SCA ZONES.
• knowledge of CAD software CATIA V5.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of a group of technologists to prepare the production of plastic interior and exterior parts to achieve the required project indicators;
• interaction with the project team, preparing presentations and participating in joint meetings;
• development of the design of parts for manufacturability, development and approval of the range of parts;
• coordination and adjustment of technical specifications for the supply of technological equipment;
• coordination and adjustment of technical annexes to the contract for the supply of technological equipment;
• interaction with the team for the purchase of technological equipment, coordination of technical documentation;
• conducting technical negotiations with suppliers of technological equipment;
• coordination of technical and commercial proposals from suppliers of process equipment and technical reports;
• monitoring the stages and timing of contract implementation;
• coordination of work on the supply and customs clearance of equipment;
• monitoring and coordination of schedules and master schedules;
• monitoring of delivery schedules and supply of process equipment;
• coordination of commissioning work;
• coordination of the ANPQP database;
• monitoring of changes in design and technological documentation during the project.

Requirements:

• Experience in large projects to launch the production of automotive components.
• Experience in organizing a project team.
• Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of processing technology; plastics, design and technology for manufacturing molds.
• Knowledge of the requirements of standards for the preparation of technical documentation.
• Experience in 3D modeling programs (preferred).
• CATIA 5.X, NEWPDM
